INTEGRASI CATUR SEMBAH: MODEL KEPEMIMPINAN BERBASIS EKOTEOLOGI HINDU DALAM SERAT TAMBANG PRANA (Pupuh VII Sinom)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi konsep kepemimpinan dalam Serat Tambang Prana karya R.M. Ng. Wiryakusuma (1887 M) melalui pembacaan hermeneutika ekoteologis berbasis Tri Hita Karana. Di era digital saat ini, terjadi kesenjangan (gap) mendasar di mana kepemimpinan cenderung berorientasi teknokratis-transaksional, eksploitatif terhadap lingkungan, serta teralienasi dari kedalaman etis dan spiritual. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan filologi hermeneutik dan analisis komparatif-integratif untuk membedah teks Pupuh VII Sinom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ajaran Sembah Catur (sembah raga, cipta, jiwa, dan rasa) dalam Serat Tambang Prana tidak sekadar merupakan laku mistik individual, melainkan bertransformasi menjadi model kepemimpinan holistik. Integrasi dengan Tri Hita Karana memetakan bahwa sembah raga mengejawantahkan disiplin tindakan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan (palemahan); sembah cipta dan jiwa melandasi empati sosial dan keadilan antar-manusia (pawongan); sedangkan sembah rasa menegaskan kesadaran transendental dan tanggung jawab moral kepada Tuhan (parhyangan). Kebaruan (novelty) penelitian ini terletak pada sintesis lintas-tradisi antara spiritualitas Jawa dan ekoteologi Hindu untuk menghasilkan Kepemimpinan Ekoteologis. Penelitian ini memberikan dampak praktis bagi pemimpin era digital agar tetap mengedepankan etika humanis dan kelestarian ekologis di tengah disrupsi teknologi.
